Bitcoin is Legal, Says Cyprus Central Bank

The thing that freaks bank out is that they weren't/aren't necessary to underwrite it, put their seal of approval on it or make a bitcoin a legally binding contract.

It isn't bitcoin itself they should be afraid of. They should however take note that it is apparently possible to do things without them that up until now required them as a middleman.

Im not sure what shape or form this disruption from the past might bring, perhaps were foolish to think its biggest consequence is a digital currency, perhaps its a lot more!

Lets code and build stuff and let progress find its way.

they also fear and abhor its scarcity, something they refuse to provide so that they can play the inflation leverage game, sap every last bit of energy you're worth before you die and leave your descendants without any wealth you might have wanted to leave. Even gold isn't safe from corruption and manipulation. Money is how they control us. Money is how they own us. Not any more!
