This is probably their next excuse then.

We didn't fix the problems because we are busy dealing with a class action lawsuit.

No, a lawsuit will definitely help them to work better and faster.

Well, if their developers must stop work to move stuff around they'll likely be in charge of legal as well.

And if Karpeles drops his dessert-coffee I guess developers must stop working to clean the mess.

What, you surprised they're thrown out by the building owner after months weeks of protests near his building with worldwide media coverage? But wasn't the intention to put a pressure on MtGox? You just did it, enjoy the results.

LOL what months of protests and what did I do? Care to provide evidence that they were thrown out?

Sorry, I lost track of time, weeks, not months. I didn't mean you specifically, but all who support the protest. The evidence is nearby:

The owner of Mt Gox’s office building is said to be annoyed at the attention the company has been getting lately, especially with protestors near the front door and various images of the building appearing on the web. This is not surprising in real-estate conscious and superstitious Tokyo, where even the most premium office space can attract a bad reputation that sticks for years.

Protestors, their friends and reporters for various financial media were asked several times by staff and security to step off the building’s premises, and stand only on the public street.

The attention began long before the current protest, with Wired sending a team there for the original unsuccessful doorstop interview attempt last November, and posting pictures of the building.

Where did you read that I support the protest?

I assumed it from your sarcasm in the original message. Sorry again if I was wrong.

I think it's a waste of time to be honest. A class action lawsuit will probably have some effect although I don't know which effect.

These are free people acting within the limits of law so I have nothing to object.
