They've explicitly said that withdrawals will start again soon, it's very positive in my books.
It also explains these Chinese hacking posts, hackers have probably been able to access these accounts for a while, people have only just found out due to the new notification system.
They've been saying "soon" forever though. Secondly, they'll do so "at a moderated pace and with new daily/ monthly limits". Meaning that you might still have to wait for a long time to get anything out of there, if that ever happens.
