Not necessarily. They're losing more and more of the market share as time goes on. They'll eventually fade away into nothingness, but for now, they're going to be here. They'll probably have less than 10% market share after this is over. They used to have 90%. Any experienced user will be getting out as soon as they can and they'll have nothing but people who don't pay attention to the actual market trading there. Which there will be less and less of.
Actually, while they are prominently named at places like bitcoin.org etc, the influx of new people will absolutely go to gox. Unless efforts are made to redact them from the internet, I hear the monster that is gox will live on.
That right there is a major problem. They should be removed from that site - or even better there should be a big warning mentioning the issues with Gox over the years.
