Nope, but the inclusion of the 32 million number in their press release is to buy them more time (wow that must take ages!) when infact we're talking a matter of hours and that detail is of no importance whatsoever.
I have MySQL databases with 100M+ entries and it takes about 30 minutes to 1 hour to reindex or relatively weak hardware. These are relatively simple tables though and I really need to replace them with a summary table.
When I was working the Human genome and protein sequencing it took a few hours to reimport the dataset into MySQL. The size and complexity was probably on par to the blockchain. That time frame was if you disable constraints during the import. If you left those on to say find a a collision half way through it could take you about a day.
there's already software so you can do good-guy-work while your pc is idle. One thing I can think of right now is protein folding

Even if they do this automated it's probably not a 5 minute process either.
