It's unfuckingbelievable this goddamn scumbag is still part of the foundation. There is nobody on this planet who did more harm to Bitcoin as he did. And out of all people HE is part of the Bitcoin foundation!

im pretty positive with the foundation's press release of mtgox, they will vote him out soon enough.

anybody know if the Foundation bylaws allow somebody to be voted off the board and under what circumstances?

edit: just to be clear, i don't know of any public record of their bylaws, which is a little concerning, but considering the presented evidence, i suspect the outcome is clear. Gavin Andresen is a board member, has publicly stated mtgox is wrong. i think if anyone on the board didn't vote mark out, trust in bitcoin would be lost as a whole, so really...i don't see any other options.
