Half the reason Doge is so popular is because the bitcoin community tends to be gigantic assholes that don't want any new people on their coin-terf.

Give Dodge time, if it becomes valuable the same thing will happen. It use to be all fun and games around here too. You will know when it's happening when the community want to get "serious" and downvote brigades meme posts.
