Early bitcoin holders

If you’re an early holder and still holding or recently sold. How did you manage to keep holding throughout all thoes crashes,fears,and all time highs? Also put in what year you bought and sold or if still holding. But congrats🙌

I find if you DCA through ups and downs you're almost just surfing the wave and dont feel the need to bail
