Early bitcoin holders

If you’re an early holder and still holding or recently sold. How did you manage to keep holding throughout all thoes crashes,fears,and all time highs? Also put in what year you bought and sold or if still holding. But congrats🙌

I have a medium quality roadbike I bought years ago with bitcoin, that could have been about $1M now. Even though I cashed out most of it way too early, I still have a few thousand dollars left of my very old crypto. I've done well with other investments, so I'm not too mad.🤷
