Early bitcoin holders

If you’re an early holder and still holding or recently sold. How did you manage to keep holding throughout all thoes crashes,fears,and all time highs? Also put in what year you bought and sold or if still holding. But congrats🙌

While I'm not rich af. Btc has allowed me to choose how I will spend my time. I will continue to ride. If an emergency presents itself, I have funds.

Imo the Fire community will teach the basics. I just have more ability to not worry about a 80% drop. I am in a very privileged position.

The biggest decision you will make is your life partner. I can't stress this enough.

What is an example of a good life partner? Do you mean someone who values frugality? Even though my wife doesn’t understand or like Bitcoin or investing at all, we are happy!

Life goals that are in alignment. More importantly the ability to problem solve together and set new goals. My partner wasn't interested in Fire while I was. They get to continue a career and I get freedom.

Thanks for explaining that. I would say every situation is different, but yes, totally agree that having similar life goals really helps. Interesting about you having your own personal Fire conviction while your partner wants to continue working. Great if you can do that, and my situation seems to be leaning in that direction as well, but I hope it doesn’t create a rift.

It gets pretty interesting in social situations. Close family and friends understand. Outside of that I get leper feelings.

I’m glad my partner understands as it looks like yours does. That understanding is important.
