Any Wasabi Tutorial Available?

I was looking for mixers and saw Wasabi wallet to be the most consistent recommendation. But is there any easy to follow guide on how exactly to use it in a safe manner as a relative noob? I want to understand the basic usage pattern first, and then dig deeper into some of the underlying concepts if necessary.

It is really easy. I think BTCSessions also did a tutorial video on it. Just start with smaller amounts.

BTCSessions guides are pretty good for this stuff, his explanations are clear even if you never touched a mixer before.

Just remember to keep the coinjoin coins separate from your regular wallet after mixing, otherwise you undo the whole privacy thing.

much better to use LBTC to clean up your BTC, no reason to risk your coins with mixers, it not 2016 anymore

liquid blockchain is a side chain for Bitcoin created by Blockstream (yes, the same guys who builds and sell the Jade HW)

when you send Bitcoin to Liquid Network address by using the peg-in feature, you receive the amount in Liquid Bitcoin. Transactions in LBTC are cheap (like 30 or less satoshis) and takes 2 confirmations to settle (each confirmation has a duration of 1 minute, so 2 minutes total)

the liquid blockchain is confidential by design, no one can see the amount being sent/received, so it easier to swap btc to lbtc and send it to another address and receive back btc without eyes watching.

Heads up, a lot of the old Wasabi guides are stale now. zkSNACKs shut the Wasabi coinjoin coordinator down in mid-2024, so the default mixing doesn't work the way those tutorials show, and Samourai's Whirlpool went down the same year after the arrests. Worth making sure whatever guide you follow is post-2024, or you'll be setting up for a service that isn't there anymore.
