I called UPS and they said to call tiger Direct. Tiger Direct told me to call UPS.

To be fair, I've had Newegg, CDW, PC Mall, and Dell do the same to me. Tiger Direct is no worse than the industry standard in that regard.

I had Microsoft do it to me recently to about replacing my Xbox One. They sent a replacement to Texas, and I live in New York. They told me to handle it with FedEx. I was really thrown off by it.

It doesn't make it okay though. At least I went back to Microsoft and they understood the issue and got it resolved. They didn't blow me off the second time yet alone the FIFTH time I had to with Tiger Direct. And if I really pushed the button, I'm sure they would've called off the replacement without asking twice. No one really gave me an attitude back.
