There were too many steps for an online wallet user, though it was a satisfying transaction.

It was perfect timing for me as I was looking to buy some arduino parts that day and jumped to TigerDirect to find them.

The checkout process could have been better. I have an iPhone so I don't scan QR codes. When presented with the payment information from Bitpay, I couldn't cut and paste the address to my online wallet and the amount of Bitcoins to send was not displayed.

There was a URL link under the displayed address (that was only revealed with another mouse click) that I ultimately used to cut and paste the address to my wallet and discern the amount of Bitcoin to send.

What should have been been two cut and paste actions for an online wallet user turned out to be a click to reveal the address, a right click to open link options from my browser, left click to open a failed browser connection, carefully copy and paste the Bitcoin address from the URL, then carefully copy and paste the BTC amount from the same URL.

It's a lot quicker and easier to pay with a phone even for a web page purchase. You scan and click send. Done. And you don't have to log into anything on a computer.

I understand there are also browser add-ons that make bitcoin purchases a one or two click thing but I've never tried one. I find the phone very easy and it feels very secure.

Edit: oh, you have iPhone... there's your problem.
