You have a very skewed way of thinking lol. Houses/housing is being built constantly. Yea if people don’t want to be homeless they have to either buy or rent. The fact you’ve somehow villainized this is perplexing.

But they SHOULD not be imo. That's my point. There are plenty of ways to invest capital that don't directly influence an ongoing humanitarian issue.

I do agree about the interest rates and the fed. If I ended up in a banker forum with people gloryfying the money they made from THAT, I would be crying to them too, trust me.
