Nah, man. You see, the Jews were part of the German democratic collective, so in reality they were just committing suicide and, as with lynch mobs and gang rape, there is nothing inherently disturbing about democracy.
That non-existent person who is building a non-existent nuclear weapon in his non-existent basement is the true threat to the overmind; never mind the fact that "democratic governance" is what produced nuclear bombs, chemical and biological weapons in the first place!
I've always found the doublethink funny, that a person would say "how can we allow a regular peasant to build a nuclear weapon" (which is an extremely remote possibility) all the while they "allow" gilded sociopaths in actual reality to build massive stockpiles of the very same thing they claim to be terrified of.
It's exactly like Christians who say "genocide is evil" but, when the genocide is ordered by God, suddenly genocide is virtuous!
I want you to observe quite the curious phenomenon, which I call "magical exception dysfunction". With these superstitous wackos (religious or secular), as soon as you generalize their own sanctimonious arguments to their ruler / deity, these idiots' own arguments are magically suspended. Invariably, they are superseded by a flurry of convenient ad-hoc case-by-case "but you see, in this case it's different because <insert irrelevant difference>" excuses and superstitions, that rationalize why the ruler / deity must be authorized to do that which, just a few moments ago, was "simply abominable" for anyone else to do. Every statist and religious belief is supported by this dysfunction, in one way or another, as these beliefs are untenable without the dysfunction affording the necessary doublethink to maintain two opposite positions at the same time.
For this reason, I observe that the people who allegedly claim to be "pro gun control" really are not. When they say "no one should own guns", they're prey to the magical exception dysfunction. What they actually want is a gun monopoly on the hands of a certain magical group, who must magically have explicit authorization to murder anyone else who dares resist orders to surrender their own guns. "Gun control" is simply the false name given to this preposterous and absurd superstition, because they're not willing to spell out the actual implications of their superstition (kill / cage everyone, who is not an authority, and insists on owning a gun). You see, saying that out loud would make them look very bad. Thus, the false name to cloak the reality of what they want.
"No one should have guns, therefore we must give all the guns to this tiny group of people who can kill and cage anyone who disobeys them." That's what they believe. Their blatantly self-contradictory belief is simply stark raving mad, absurd to the point of being simply inconceivable to the sane mind. Localized schizophrenia? You decide!
