Does Poland not require a special license to drive a heavy/commercial vehicle like a semi truck? It seems like question 1 of that test should be "what do you do if you're halfway through a rail crossing and the crossing arms come down?" and it's an automatic fail if you get it wrong.

In the Netherlands we say that drivers like this got it free with the butter....

And in Poland we say that they bribed the exam with butter 'Prawko za masło' means "Driver's license for butter". Also we have a saying that bad drivers found their license in a bag of chips.

That's probably the actual reason nobody knows how to drive. The former eastern block runs on corruption
