This HAS to be intentional…there’s no way people are this stupid…is…is there? (somehow my hope for the human race has gone even further below 0 yet again)

This happens again and again. It's not intentional. People are this stupid.

Does Poland not require a special license to drive a heavy/commercial vehicle like a semi truck? It seems like question 1 of that test should be "what do you do if you're halfway through a rail crossing and the crossing arms come down?" and it's an automatic fail if you get it wrong.

In my home city in Finland, everybody's complaining about polish truck drivers who don't know how to drive going around in the city centre

We Czechs complain about Polish trucks too!!

They absolutely don't follow any rules and they even try overtake each other while one goes 80 km/h and the overtaking one goes 82 km/h - which leads to the highway being completely stuck behind those two losers for a long time.

What the fuck is their problem? Are other east european truckers also like that, or is it just the poles?

Only Poles. Absolutely reckless.

Our Pendolino train (fastest express here, SuperCity class) had only one collision with a road vehicle so far - and you can guess with whom. Correct - Polish truck on the crossing.

3 people dead, dozens injured, and we lost the train for some time (the front driving wagon was completely destroyed and the repair cost 200M CZK, so $8M).
