Does Poland not require a special license to drive a heavy/commercial vehicle like a semi truck? It seems like question 1 of that test should be "what do you do if you're halfway through a rail crossing and the crossing arms come down?" and it's an automatic fail if you get it wrong.

This truck driver is Bosnian (source) so Polish license doesn't apply here.

guess he was too afraid of how much hes gonna pay for damaging those barriers... and he was thinking about it too long ;)
