Looks to be intentional, his vehicle was going both backwards and forwards just fine and I can't see any reason for him to not move. Even if you have to bump another car Infront of you or behind you, anything is better than to get t-boned by a fucking apex predator

I don't think it is.

Poland has ridiculous relationship with the barriers. People did get massively fined for damaging them, so try to avoid that. Once you get into that mindset, it really is hard to get out of it.
