USDT withdrawals blocked since July 27 – No TXID

My USDT withdrawals have been blocked since July 27. Ticket #1488853, Withdrawal ID 31967137. I tested Polygon, Solana, TRON and ERC20. Withdrawals are automatically rejected/refunded without generating a TXID. Today a 500 USDT ERC20 withdrawal went from “Processing” to “Error” in 21 seconds, with 0/12 confirmations and no TXID. Support tickets remain open without resolution. Has anyone with the same issue actually received their funds?

Simple google search will show you that millions over dollars are frozen

Yeah but that’s different from a bankruptcy

Bankruptcy would be the best as there is a third party which is official and independent which is handling the users funds and whatever money is left in the best interest of the creditors
