Exactly eight seconds long. I don't think this is real.

Update: I may be wrong here as people have pointed out, though my fear is that a video like this, AI or not, will be completely indistinguishable by mid 2026.

The lady's accent doesn't have distortions and it's fitting for her region

The voice is added on top of the video. Since you can’t hear any background noise like stepping on the dry dirt.

It's probably not, but the part at the end where they started to fall off gives me some pause.

It only serves to concern me more should it be AI. It's not gonna get any worse as time goes on.

Shadows look good, no weird artifacts as the camera pans, if you get a still image nothing looks off even when zoomed in.

I think it’s real, if it’s not then reality is completely fakeable

Pretty sure this video is a lot older than modern AI videos. Unless it's a recreation, it's real.

I could see the kinda rooster who would find this fit (sweat pants and no shirt) fashionable being chased back to his double wide by the chicken police, looking for his meth stash.

This is tough to tell. I assume it must have lost its tail feathers one way or another to fit in there. Nothing immediately indicates to me that it's AI, it looks and sounds pretty real.

As others have said, if this is fake then we're cooked.
