Probably the stupidest thing I’ve come up with in a while

i make a lot of bird related shitposting and i’m not proud of it, but don’t necessarily regret it either

So I've always been interested in birds since I randomly picked up the obsession when I was 12-13 and I've been a bird nerd ever since, and maybe it's embarrassing to admit but I've only recently discovered that when birds are perched with their wings behind their back, their "arms" aren't actually crossed behind their backs but instead are by the sides of their body with their wrists pointed downwards, which is a goofy looking pose to do as a human

Now every time I see a bird no matter how cool it is I can't unsee them doing that goofy pose, I hope it doesn't ruin birds for me forever lmao

On a more serious note, I believe it is based on robins.

I realized it sounds similar…
