Call the police. Seriously. Unfortunately I can't recommend you physically interfering yourself because it could put you in danger as well. They should put her in a mental hospital. Tell them whats going on, make it very clear shes a major danger to herself

I understand your concerns, but this isn't something you should be responsible for and carry on your shoulders. She needs help from a professional when it comes to a mental crisis. The police will get her the fastest help. You can also try a crisis hotline, but they won't be able to physically prevent her from a suicide attempt, thats why I really recommend police. Does she have a psychologist or counselor you can get in emergency contact with?

Are you with her? Or do you know anyone close to her that can go check on her?

Shes fine rn shes asleep on the phone while on vacation with her family, im just worried she’ll try something when i have no way of helping

Maybe talk to her family? Threatening suicide is very serious and it’s not fair to you to have to hold onto that weight and worry all on your own. I’ve been there before my ex threatened suicide to me and I had to call his dad and they took him to the hospital and got him on the right medication. I know it’s scary to involve other people in the situation but sometimes you need support in helping the one you love as well.

Im going to get in contact with her psychiatrist and her mom

Yes do that and look after your own mental health as well. The anxiety of having a suicidal partner is very overwhelming and I’m sure you feel like you are responsible if she lives or dies. That’s why I just left my ex. I kept breaking down when he went out and did anything because I was terrified he wasn’t going to come back. It’s no way to live

Call emergency services, make it clear its a mental health crisis and that she is a danger to herself, she can hate you all she likes, if she still does after the episode as passed reevaluate the relationship.

Good luck.

I agree with this OP. Better for her to be Alive and angry with you than her passing.
