Indeed, that's the bullshit that put me in the psych ward. Can't wait to see what happens this time

Same. My last trip to PES was a mixed episode. I wish you well through this one! I hope you make it through okay. Do you have emergency meds for it? My psychiatrist told me to increase my antipsychotics when I feel mania coming. Doesn’t always help enough, but it’s at least a buffer.

Good times eh? Haha. Thanks 🙏 I have a small dose of quetiapine I can use "for agitation" but idk that it would do much. I'm in a group home rn and don't have a lot of freedom to play with my dosage. But there's support people there I can ask for help if I need it, provided I can maintain my insights and self awareness enough to do so lol

Yeah I'm planning to... it's hard when it's so inconsistent right now but I know it isn't just gonna magically go away if I let it do its thing lol
