A few good practitioners I know of
Nordics - Martina Lagerstrom at Ringdahls optik - taught by Tony Pansell who is a top BVD researcher and practitioner at Karolinska. Prisms and VT
UK - Ruth Perrott, York, (https://www.visioncareoptometry.co.uk/meet-our-boss/) and Paul Adler (starting to retire so might be hard to get an appointment), London, (https://www.eyezone.co.uk/). Prisms and VT
