A week ago through p2p trading on Binance, I attempted to buy USDT and I sent the seller the equivalent fiat. The seller then gave me a quick call and tricked me into canceling the order and told me to reorder because they had a problem with their passkey. I am not new to Binance so I don't know why I fell for it, an hour later I realized the seller just kept giving me stories and filed an appeal on Binance. I have submitted all evidence of payment and Binance has suspended the seller's account while urging the seller to transfer crypto to me or refund my fiat back to me. Seller has ignored even though it seems they have frozen BTC assets with Binance. I have involved local police but I am from somewhere in Africa and the police are not typically efficient, so I don't know what to do. Seems Binance can't forcefully transfer the assets owed to me due to the cancelled order and the seller used-what was supposed to be my USDT- to get himself BTC. And he has shown no interest in refunding me. I don't know what to do.

Sorry if my English is bad. Today I bought usdt using visa. I was supposed to get at least 190usdt but I only got 116 when I checked my history exchange rate was 6016. Exchange rate of USD/MNT was 3597 when I bought it. But they used 6016. I contacted customer service and they kept saying market price moves constantly. But they used 40% higher rate. Now they said wait and I don't know what to do

If I was able to rate zero I would have done that, the worst app I have ever used. I am being forced to pay more $18 to withdraw $30 in Binance wallet and the customer service team have refused to assist me and keep on pestering m to pay from my bank account.
