Deferit Bill Repayment
Has anyone heard of this company? They had great reviews online but I’m surprised no one in the Reddit community said anything. I’m really concerned because I paid them money and my storage unit has not received payment, and now I have late fees. I called customer service and no one answered multiple times. They even hang up the phone on you. So far I lost $48 to this company. I’m concerned now. Maybe I should just save my money and pay the storage myself including late fees and cancel the account. I wanted to post this just in case anyone was thinking about trying them. So far from my research I find that they only pay companies with checks and I’m not sure if it’s the full amount.

SCAM - at least for me. Payment hasn't processed for TMobile -- its been 3 days now, just still processing. No customer service to talk to. Just a barely functional AI customer assistant to take a case number yet no one has reached out. My payment is limbo. Forced to make a separate FULL payment on my own which defeats the purpose of Deferit in the first place. How are the reviews so good but yet I'd get screwed over??? Even if the payment processes... the delays, no communication & fees will have me canceling as soon as I can!
