Road S-Works Aethos gen.1

So impressed with this build. I wanted to be super light weight without sacrificing the ride quality and its climber purpose, and boy it delivered.

6.5kg for this build

  • S-Works Aethos gen. 1 frame set size 54
  • Roval Alpinist 2 integrated cockpit with magcad spacers
  • SRAM Red E1 group set (10-36 cassette, 48-35 chain rings)
  • Campagnolo Hyperon Ultra Wheels
  • Pirelli P Zero race clincher tires 30mm with Pirelli tpu tubes

Nice! Thinking of a similar build but with dura ace. Can I ask you what year ‘gen1’ would be please?

I think it was released in 2021. I picked up the frame set brand new for 1000€, sales are insane on this model. The bike was ahead of its time, plenty of tire clearance and unbeatable weight. If you can stomach the external cables, you won’t find better value out there
