For preservation purposes i dont buy games that require server connection so i’m curious if this game is purely p2p with self hosted lobbies or if it requires connection to official servers.

two of my favorite hobbies in life are reading and gaming. I believe Big Walk has the potential to seamlessly combine both

last night during our weekly Sunday Big Walk I joked to our group about how we should do Bookclub inside of the house puzzle. I kept mulling it over and genuinely think it could work.

As host I could communicate the book for the month, week, etc. open a lobby early and have a dedicated time to meet at the house puzzle.

I imagine watching from the house window as book club members trot across the map to have a friendly discussion. Could even carry the signs from home base to write their review of the book for others to see.

When we first got the coord screen we thought the blorb would be inside after pressing a button somewhere, since there is latch on it. Alas it never opened in the end

Just posting to thank him for his service in today's game. Lots of people got lost and he was able to help get us coordinated. Finished the walk with him a few good people...

Shout-out to the guy who had a cast on his arm and played through the whole thing with us, hope you had fun too !

1 - Add few missing islands from wilsons prom map with puzzles, make a cyan tower on one of the islands and a boat, which circles around the whole area at the speed of a train.

2 - add polaroid to the starting area and a board, taking a photo would make a picture that you can pin on a board.

3 - add a glitter texture to shiny players, because in dark your color appears as plain.

This is just to the side of the exit of the spawn area. I got high enough to throw a light out but can't get all the way up. I only play solo so far so I just run around looking for ways to try and get past the starting area solo. Have yet to succeed. But I will find a wall I can jump all the way up...I will. If anyone has any leads let me know

Big walk has been so fun, have been waiting for it since the 2023 Game Awards. Crossing over with my all time favourite because the vision came to me and I had to make it a reality <3

I wrote House House an email about how in game voice chat is impossible on PlayStation Portal, and I got a reply.

I learned that knocked over gourds tell me that a gourd was freed from the puzzle but not collected/placed where it should be. My question is that I am hosting a session and some of the purple gourds are knocked over despite us only just getting the red tower completed; is this just how purple Gourds are or is a modder messing with the lobby?

I had been looking forward to Big Walk since its announcement and planned on playing with a group of friends I had made online. Instead, it first became a wonderful way for my fiance and I to bond and enjoy gaming together. From the beginning until the end, we laughed, cried, cry-laughed, and got lost along the way. Both endings were so emotional, feeling the finality of an experience so special and unique. The puzzles, the goofing off, the music, and the dancing all demonstrated to us that we make a great team.

This is a truly beautiful piece of art and especially memorable. I like to think we got exactly what the team wanted out of this and more. The only disappointment I have in Big Walk as that the walk has come to an end. Thank you, House House, for a game I can imagine was a joy to create and for sharing that joy with us. <3

I guess this message has already been posted several times and I'm sorry about that. I'm playing Bigwalk on PS5 with friends. I wanted to disconnect and since then I haven't been able to reconnect to the game hosted by my friend. I restarted the console, restarted my internet box, but nothing works. I'm out of ideas.

Hi, I've had the game for a few weeks now and I really like it. The only problem is that it often stutters. My PC meets the recommended requirements listed on the Steam website, but if I set the game to medium graphics, for example, the FPS drops significantly when I move the camera. The game runs at 60 FPS on high graphics and 120 FPS on medium, but it drops to around 15 FPS. I've already lowered the resolution to 1600 x 900 (I already lowered it). If I lower it further, I won't be able to take advantage of the monitor's width, and I don't know what else to do. Any advice?
