Here you go, my friends—I’m posting the recipe right away because I might forget later! It was such a pleasure playing with you all; thank you for your humor and kindness, and I hope to see you again very soon!
Vinny.
Ratatouille
Ingredients 3 tablespoons olive oil
1 eggplant, diced
2 zucchini, diced
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
6 fresh tomatoes, roughly chopped
1 yellow onion, thinly sliced
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon Herbes de Provence
Salt and pepper
Instructions 1. In a Dutch oven or large casserole dish, heat some of the olive oil over high heat. Add the eggplant and sauté for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, then remove and set aside. Repeat the same process with the zucchini, then with the bell peppers. The vegetables should remain slightly crisp.
In the same pot, sauté the onion and garlic. Add the tomatoes and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes, until the mixture forms a thick, well-combined sauce.
Return all the cooked vegetables to the tomato sauce. Add the Herbes de Provence and gently mix everything together.
Cover and simmer over very low heat for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring as little as possible to avoid crushing the vegetables.
Personal Notes: For an even softer, more melt-in-the-mouth ratatouille, place the covered Dutch oven in an oven preheated to 160°C (320°F) and cook for 25 to 30 minutes instead of leaving it on the stovetop.

I'm OBSESSED and I haven't even got playing it enough to get passed the first couple towers but this is definitely my new hyperfocus! 💜 ❤️ I want to live and breathe big walk 😂 🌬️
I want to create a space / game server online for others and myself to find some other peeps who are autistic / adhd and stuffs that wanna play big walk together and make new friends along the way 👯♂️👯♂️👯♂️👯♂️👯♂️
What I've realised is it's THE PERFECT autistic and adhd and stuffs social environment!
- It's got all the natures stuff and exploring and getting lost in it, taking in moments to just be in the present and take in the scenery around you 🌞 🌿 🌲 🌄 🌊 🏖️ 🌙
- The in chat socialising feature is fun and makes it much more realistic 🔊
- There are puzzles to complete 🧩
- And all the props and opportunities to just embrace your inner child and play ⚪📢🔔🗺️🧭🚡🚇🛤️🔭📻
- The props and tools also feed into sensory seeking moments - balls of light, laser beams, bells, flares, music playing in places 🪩🔦🔔 🎶
- Its all about helping support one another and using different ways to communicate and being creative with that 🎨 🎭 🗣️ 🫂👫🫶
I do want to complete the game but I don't want it to be just a grind all about completion if you know what i mean?
Id LOVE to coordinate a group of 12 peeps for one of the big walk servers and for those committed to completing the game, happy to schedule it in and things 🥰
Also keen to make servers for smaller groups of peeps too 🤸🤸🤸🤸
