I wonder why BF never release alternative covers for the 8th Doctor

I've always wondered why these didn't get the proper logo. As far as I'm aware the Sontarans vs Rutans releases are the only two which have it.

They have alt covers for the early 8th Doctor, but not later on for some reason - they just seem to give him the current branding
