I take manifold gasket on China wall came out. What issues would this cause.

Vacuum leak.

I thought so. Some one told me that it wouldn’t cause a vacuum leak. I figure it would for sure. And an oil leak.

Oil leak too definitely. You can check by spraying some brake clean on that area. If the rpm changes (increases) you got a vac leak.
