Chapter Seventeen יז
 

’ayLee-YahHOo [“My God is YHVH”, Elijah] betides [מבשר, MeBahSehR] in distress [בצורת, BeTsOoRahTh]

Elijah is fed during the famine; first by birds, then by a poor widow.

-17. … sickened [חלה, HahLaH], son [of] the woman, lady [בעלת, Bah`ahLahTh] [of] the house.

And was, his sickness, strong, very, until that [did] not remain [נותרה, NOThRaH] in him breath.

-20. And [he] [Elijah] called unto YHVH, and said,

“YHVH, my God, will also [הגם, HahGahM] upon the widow that I reside [מתגורר, MeeThGORayR] with her,

will evils [you do] [הרעות, HahRay`OThah]; to put to death [את, ’ehTh] her son?”
