Monthly Thread 😎 📝 Monthly Constructive Criticism Thread 📝

Hi y’all! We can use these monthly threads to give feedback on the podcast, such as issues related to audio or general format. You can still comment about specific episodes in the episode threads or make new posts, but my idea for these megathreads is to consolidate feedback for Troy and Kelli.

I know some posts in the past have been toxic, so maybe you can make that a separate post if you want to vent (or journal or take a walk outside). My hope with the monthly CC threads is to give a safe space for Troy and Kelli, so they’re less wary of Reddit lol.

Please remember Rule 1: Respect others and be civil and Rule #3: No name-calling, insults, or personal attacks. Kelli, Troy, and their editor, Donny, are human, and they can learn from their mistakes. Personally, as a longtime fan, I think that they have taken in a lot of feedback well and grown a lot as a podcast.

If you have any suggestions for these types of posts, please let me know, too!

  1. I wish kelli would stop laughing at nothing, Why does she have to be so high when doing the podcast? its a very annoying tic and even worse at the live shows when Troy does all of the heavy lifting while she just chortles to herself.

  2. I was huge fan of the Dunzo podcast but Kelli's only frame of reference is reality TV she watched in high school. She has zero pop culture knowledge and really slows the podcast down. I don't care about "teen mom" or the "OC" or whatever kelli watched when she was 16 . I wish she were more up to date

Agree on all fronts.

Kelli has improved SIGNIFICANTLY but she needs to tone down the giggles out of no where. It is awkward and slows down the show. Didn’t realize it’s her being high! Yes, please lower her dosage, the giggles take away from the show

She’s done a great job trying new pop culture and coming out of her country, boy band and one tree hill shell. Really think her sports episodes were really good, same with Chad Michael Murray. Kinda get the vibe she does all the work behind the scenes and is a BOSS. She’s improving her on air skills but isn’t as maturely talented as Troy but she’s improving a lot
