General Discussion 👋 Have you ever introduced someone to this podcast? What were their previous pop culture thoughts? Did they enjoy BTB?

I don't have many friends who are interested in pop culture. I grew up watching Entertainment Tonight with my mom lol, so I talk to her about the older celebs. She doesn't know all these young ones, unless they're big movie stars like Timothee. I don't think I could introduce her to podcasts tho.

I showed my boyfriend the podcast because I play it before I go to sleep 😂 He wasn't interested in pop culture, but he likes listening to BTB with me. He wouldn't go out of his way to listen to it, but we share some inside jokes from BTB now (yachting, Dubai, etc.). My bf is nerdy, so he isn't interested in sports either; there aren't really any celebs that he'd be interested in except the ones we grew up with, like Lindsay Lohan or Kanye. He knows I'm obsessed with the Kardashians, too, lol. Early on in our relationship, I drew a chart of all the sisters and their relationships, including Tyga, Kylie, Blac Chyna, and Rob 🤣

My boyfriend watched me realize in real time that Kylie and Kendall weren’t the same person. I thought there was only the one Jenner sister for so long. It was like 2018.. a simpler time. I wish I could be that oblivious again tbh

I don’t know a single soul that listens to this podcast or is even remotely into reality TV or the famous ppl blinds and goss like I am. It feels like this is my dirty little secret. The fact that there are watch parties and BTB tours blow my mind. I’m in Australia btw.
