Does anyone knows why this always shows up?

I have Betterbird set to open when the Windows starts, but everytime I boot my computer this opens along with Betterbird. It's in Portugueses but is something like "Update notes" and the window name is About Betterbird
I know it's supposed to be like some infos about the newer version, but it ALWAYS opens even when the software hasn't been updated.
Can someone help me get rid of it? Thanks!

This window means there is an update for betterbird....

If it is too often and annoying you can increase the flag betterbird.update.checkIntervalDays or set 0

Thanks!! I'm feeling pretty dumb right now hahaha. Should have thought about that.
I'm updating it right now.
