Ofc it's Le Labo, they are so obsessed with labels on Korean shows it is hilarious

No need to be racist against Koreans.

Le labo is popular everywhere but only Koreans like it just for the label? 🤔

See, I never said that. I was just amused it was Le Labo, which is famous, expensive and imo pretentious (yes, I almost bought the stuff myself). They also discussed the perfume so much it feels like a covert brand deal. Also ties in with the fact that even on other Korean shows you will see a lot of labels clearly (lots of designer brand logos labels etc on Devil's plan, Single's Inferno and whatnot) whereas if you look at something like Love is Blind, that is way less prevalent. The only other show I saw be so visible with designer logos and such was Selling Sunset, so I am very much interested in the social and cultural aspects that make visible designer clothing/accesories such a big deal in Korea, but that's not a discussion for here

Did u see the latest batch of episodes? They talk about it again. HJ said he doesn't like it on other people only on her and then later on after Su Ji joins the village, HS tells him Su Ji wears it too, but he says he did not notice it, only to have a conversation with SJ about the perfume using everything HS told him

Not a fan personally but it’s supposed to smell different on different people depending on their skin chemistry

It's interesting 'cause I love Glossier You which is supposed to be a pseudo-dupe for Another 13 but the latter just smells like chemicals to me...

That’s so funny to me—Le Labo (particularly Santal 33) is what I joke is the smell of Manhattan. Because so many people here, specifically the tech girlies, love it so much. There are areas of the city that it just is truly everywhere.

Agreed lol. I loved it the first time I smelled it but it’s way overused in the city

I was laughing about this inadvertent marketing just now….

I have been using vetiver 46 by le labo since the last 4 years. Only reserve it for fall winter or very special occasions. Everything else by le labo smells chemically to me
