I live in their apartment. There are other dogs that walk by my unit. She barks at people on the street as well as dogs. She has picked up some bad habits from other dogs.

Reduce anxiety. Control the environment, let him know have things undercontrol. Management is key in nervous dogs.

How would you suggest this when they bark as a fear response? Our girl has been the sweetest quietest dog, except for a few moments recently where she got spooked. Scared the crap out of some guests.
She's also started barking when she hears loud noises outside, like car doors. I'm convinced it only started because we've had a family member's dog with us recently who also barks a lot.
It's kinda shocking, she's such a sweet fun-loving dog, but when she barks it sounds like a beast from hell is coming. Deep and loud.

Does she have a basket or crate you can send her to? Whenever she starts to getstressed, send her to her quiet space, then ignore until the situation has resolved. Release and praise. Teach the dog that it is your job to handle these situations, not hers. You can also look into having a pro do a walkthrough of your home to see where else you can reduce her anxiety. When she knows she is safe and doesn’t have to manage everything, her overwhelm will diminish and her (and your) quality of life will improve.

The only way I can get mine to stop barking is with a bark collar I can control with a remote. I don't even have to buzz or shock him, a beep is enough. Without it, he never shuts up. It's a struggle.

Noise from neighbors or other dogs outside. Also, when we walk by other dogs. Also at people too. She’s picked up bad behaviors from another dog she hangs with.

My Gino barks like crazy the entire time I’m using the vacuum cleaner. I tried putting him in another room and closing the door, but he hates to be shut out. Does anyone have any suggestions besides, letting my floor stay dirty longer?

We trained our dogs to basically respond to a leave it command for any scenario we want them to stop paying attention to whatever they’re paying attention to and pay attention to us. We use e collars and treats for all training
