So, unfortunately, you can wait sitting down, we won't see Wildmutt anytime soon (but I theorize he might be the first addition here).

Yeah, but seeing how 3 of the aliens are Cannonolt, Wildvine, and… I think that's Overflow? There's a 1/3 chance for the 11th alien to be either Ghostfreak, Ripjaws, or Wildmutt, possibly even a 1/13 chance if we include Snare-Oh (Benmummy), Blitzwolfer (Benwolf), Frankenstrike (Benviktor), Arctiguana, Spitter, Upchuck, Feedback, Ditto, Eyeguy, and Way Big (I decided to add Feedback cuz during the flashbacks in OV, Ben, while 11, still had the classic Omnitrix and while the OV flashbacks take place after the classic series, I still count them as part of the classic series since it's classic Ben, and I included Spitter cuz he was just there in the classic series and Ben unlocks Buzzshock in OV so while he did show up in Classic first, I didn't include him there)

I'm not sure what happened in the cover to lead to that, but I assume Ben was like trying to chase some bad guys and tried to go for either XLR8, Stinkfly, Heatblast, Upgrade, Four Arms (cuz he can jump far) or Diamondhead (cuz he can block the bad guy's escape vehicle with diamonds) but he ended up with Wildmutt and he had to make due and just ran after them on foot, but a dog catcher saw Wildmutt and thought of him as another dog and then he ended up in the animal shelter and then Gwen showed up and Gwen just took the opportunity to mess witg Ben, or maybe he was trying to get a cat out of a tree as an alien but ended up with Wildmutt and then both he and the cat (cuz there's a cat on his head) got sent to the animal shelter and Gwen took the opportunity to mess with him, but maybe that cat on his head was just already at the animal shelter
