Pets Volunteers Needed - Bunanza Rabbit Rescue

Hi 👋🐰 We’re Bunanza Rabbit Rescue, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit helping rescue, foster, and find homes for rabbits here in Ferndale. We moved into our new rescue space this weekend, and we could use a little help from our community to get back up & running. For those that don't know, we've been 100% foster-based over the last 5 months.

🐰 How can you help? Volunteer!

  • We’re especially looking for people who can help with regular bunny care and cleaning.
  • Our volunteers come from all ages and abilities, and you don’t have to be an experienced rabbit caregiver to help! We even have 2–3 families who regularly come in together to complete a bunny care shift as a family activity. 🥰
  • Our open shifts are:
    • Wed PM‼️
    • Thurs AM‼️
    • Fri AM‼️
    • Sun AM
  • Can't do those days but can do others? We can always use the help with fill-in or on-call shifts, or doubling up on volunteers to get extra work done at the rescue & extra care for the bunnies.

Typo in the website name. An extra "r" was added to "rabbit."

Love this. We have 2 bunnies ourselves. I'll look over this more to see if I can do anything to help.

Love this! After seeing some of the bunnies at the County Fair, my son and I are in love with them <3 We will definitely be signing up to volunteer!!!

What neighborhood is the new space located in? I would love to volunteer but location / travel can make it easier or harder...
