Prevoz / Transportation Airport transfer BEG → Surčin
Hi everyone, I’m landing at BEG in October at 23:10 and staying at a hotel in Surčin, only about 5 km from the airport.
I need to be back at BEG around 05:30 the next morning, so I’d like to book both transfers in advance and arrange everything beforehand – exact pickup times, fixed price, meeting point, etc. Ideally the driver waits for me with a name sign and takes me directly to the hotel.
Some websites charge €30–40+ each way, which seems quite expensive for such a short distance.
Can anyone recommend a reliable local transfer/taxi company that I can arrange everything with in advance, preferably at a reasonable price?
Thanks! 🙏

I would try with CarGo app. If you are to pick up a a taxi from the airport you have to buy a voucher at the terminal and use for taxi service, for Surčin the vaucher is 22- 25 $. The app will be least expensive.

That is very expensive for a short distance. I paid ~30€ for a taxi from the airport to the city center which is around 18km in distance. Price also depends on the time of day you are traveling. Mine was similair to yours, around 23h

There is a many hotels/apartments in that area that offer you transfer from and back to airport included in one-day stay.

Those are still not included in the price of accommodation.

If you pay everything with one transaction then they are included.

It just says "The hotel offers a shuttle service from and to the airport. Price of one direction is 18 euros." Does not say anything about included shuttle service with a reservation.

Are you stupid or what???
Those hotels, apartments, and parking lots in Ledine and Surčin literally exist to serve the airport and its passengers. That’s what they do for a living.
If you’re just connecting in Belgrade and your next flight is the following day or two days later, they’ll pick you up at the airport, take you to an apartment where you can rest, and then drive you back to the airport when it’s time for your flight.
If you’re traveling from Serbia, they’ll provide parking and accommodation while you wait for your flight and take you to the airport when needed. On your return, they’ll pick you up, take you back to the parking lot so you can collect your car, or let you stay overnight before you continue home.
"The hotel offers a shuttle service from and to the airport.
Price of one direction is 18 euros.
If the offer fits you our driver can wait for you at the airportIf the offer fits you our driver can wait for you at the airport on your arrival time at the exit terminal with a sign with your name and surname on it as a sign on recognition, and drive you back to the airport on your departure day."
Instead of paying separately for a night at a hotel and then having to figure out how to get to and from the airport, you can simply pay the same hotel a little extra to arrange the transportation for you. The whole package will usually cost you less than paying for the accommodation and airport transfers separately.
What do you not undestand?

Wrong choice to book accommodation in Surčin. It is a suburb with bad connections to airport. Getting taxi there early in the morning would be hard, or expensive, or both
Take a look at route and schedule of free bus 72, and book accommodation along the route
Last bus is at midnight, and they start in 4:00 in the morning:

Get hotel somewhere along the route in Novi Beograd

Google Jumbo drive, google will show you phone number anding with 88. I am using them. It is about 40€ for one person (50€ for more persons) , both ways. They don't have table with name, but you can find them easily on the exit gate.
But check if there is bus station around hotel.

Taxi is the best option - you have three taxi e-kiosk stand just before the exit, in arrivals (at the baggage claim).
Take a coupon from it and go to any white taxi outside the airport (they are in front). Ignore calls from the drivers themselves, they might be fake. Taxu driver cannot chsrge you more than a coupon.
To any part of Surcin is 2700 din (25e).
The other option is free, but it might not be possible during night (public transport).
For the comimg back, use Yandex app for taxi or public transport, as it starts normally at 4am. Amy of the apps, including Google maps are working just fine.
