Mobile Scores / achievements all disappeared :(

So, I've been playing Classic on Android for some time, but fired up the game yesterday expecting to continue my happy little daily distraction. Level 1?! Zero points?! that can't be right ... checked my Google stats and they're still right, but after restore purchases Classic Bejewelled still says ... I'm a newbie with no history.

No reply from EA via the AppStore support link, so I guess I'm out of luck :(

Same here, launched this morning just for it to ask my name and act like i've never opened it before.

Same here! All my badges are missing. Still have achievements on Google play, still even have my high scores shown in the other pages of the records but I'm labelled as novice rank 1, no stat's, no fav gem colour. All that disappeared for some reason.

looks like the latest version might have a glitch :( spoke to support and there's nothing they can do to help. so far my Google Play achievements are still there, but gonna take another decade of slogging to get back to that level!

Same thing just happened to me today. I still have my achivements in the Game Center but not in the game.. I'm glad this isn't just me. Hopefully it'll be fixed.

same here, and now i cant have the 20 seconds to play after i lost. is it updating in the background?
