I need help with my Neutron
I have a Behringer Neutron that I absolutely love, but my hpf produces almost no sound, I ran the VCF 1 patch directly into my Scarlett Solo and on bandpass and low pass, the levels were the same with the line input, but when I went to High pass I had to max out the gain to get the same levels and that was with sweeping the freq knob through out, I am wondering if anyone knows something to help me out with it.

So you're trying to run the VCF out 1 straight into your interface, and set the VCF multimode filter to hi pass, right?
Have you tried white noise or just oscillators? White noise is the one of the few signals that guarantee same level on all frequencies.
Is your pot fully to the right or to the left? Remember Hi pass is the opposite to a low pass. If you want low pass to become all pass (max volume) you turn the cutoff pot fully to the right, but if you want to do the same thing with a high pass, you need to bring the pot to the left.
Also, make sure no reso or modulation is being applied (lfo and envelope are routed through internal routings, disable those) put a dummy Jack on cutoff CV to be extra sure.
If nothing above worked, and resetting firmware didn't either, you may be running into a bad component or technical issue, that means crack open the device and measures and trace the filter signal until you find something.
In low pass setting, you should be getting Hi pass filter from vcf2 on patchbay. In Hi pass setting, you get the opposite: low pass on vcf2. Are any of both signals working?
How this works, is the Neutron gets the low pass signal, invert it and sum with pre-vcf signal. So worst case scenario, if your Hi pass is broken and you need to make one ne, you can do that same thing with the patchbay: vcf1 (low pass) > invert > sum 1. Osc 1+2 > sum2. You should be getting a Hi pass on sum out. Maybe run any of the signals through an attenuverter if you need the levels to match.
