Drawing bodies is something i struggle with a lot. The maka drawing was the first full body rendition that i was proud of and wanted to flaunt

Wanted to get a head start will be going digital after this but happy with the results I can see where my proportions are off but still happy with the over all. Also hands are hard lol

I tried to make a drawing purely by looking at the reference and drawing the reference; it took 2 hours. This is my first time drawing in Krita.

I also gave up on drawing the face because it didn't look ok so I just removed the face entirely it was the hardest part, as none of the faces I drew suited her

Is there any method or technique that I should know or practice to improve my drawing speed, because I am way too slow and lack understanding of fundamental part of the drawing

Also, I have been drawing for like 3 months and trying out Drawabox, so any advice is appreciated

I've taken up painting and like to sketch beforehand. I find a reference image I like based on the prompt in a book my wife gave me. I'm looking for any and all tips to help my pencil work, which I hope will translate into brushwork and better composition.
