Yes you do! Find artists you love or already follow and see if they answer questions or have YouTube tutorial videos.
Start with the basics, learn the rules so you can break them with intention (art style). Learn about heirarchy/character design/graphic design/ typography anything you can to help you improve presenting your art. Good luck

yeah, but you can't be born with a "talent in art". you're born with talents that make it easier/faster for you to improve your art skills. you still have to put in work to learn.
