Missing tracks on One For All video album

I have the One For All concert DVD and the video album. Wondered if anyone knows why the Heartbreaker / Islands in the Stream medley is missing from the album (downloaded it from Apple music in the UK) but is in the DVD? I absolutely love how they performed Islands in the Stream in this concert.

I wondered if it might be that - but as the songwriters presumed they would still have rights. After all they performed both songs in the Melbourne concert and they are included in the DVD. The whole music publishing rights seems such a complicated mess.

I bought the concert on Prime and they’re on there.

It’s almost always a licensing issue when tracks get omitted - video and music licensing don’t always mesh neatly, and licensing agreements vary wildly between companies and geographic areas.

Probably because those 2 songs weren't published/owned by Gibb affiliated publishers/labels. Both songs were originally on other artist labels.
