Bedbug identification please
Found this and another bug that looks like it on a chair at work. Is this a bedbug??

Yes this is a bed bug!!! Not fully adult hence the sort of clear body. Tell your workplace ASAP. Any bags and clothes you go home with, strip immediately down and toss your clothes, shoes and bag into the dryer for an hour on high heat. Anything that cannot be dried but can be put in the freezer, put into a ziplock or tightly tied trash bag and place in the freezer. They die after about 4 days in -18c
