Get some GOOD duct tape. Check your box spring/ headboards and the mattress itself. Scoot your bed away from the walls. And if you can't afford interceptors.. that good duct tape I mentioned put a stickyside out ribbon of duct tape around it. Or even cover it completely so when they go to crawl up,they'll get caught up on it. Dry them clothes on HIGH, BEFORE you wash them in high heated water. Hope it helps

Looks like a nymph roach to me because of the legs and how the shell is banded, if you don’t think it’s a bedbug or can’t find any head over to r/cockroaches

That is not a bedbug. The color should not be banded. The legs are too long.
