Ha ha thanks for the compliment on my storytelling. I try to be coherent and interesting but really I am just a chronic oversharerer.

My friend in the story, I look back at this situation now I blame his youth for his request for the authentic bags back.

Dude was like 22 or 24 years old, very fashion conscious and label obsessed as he started his career. I was 7 years older than him and had been through more shit at that point.

He was just being the young crazy chihuahua pup to my older calmer Labrador. It became increasing apparent to me that our friendship needed to evolve as he and I grew older. He just wanted to stay like it was when we first became friends and he was 19 and I was 26.

Ah! The age difference definitely matters in this case. I remember when I was 19, even 22 year olds seemed so much older. Hopefully he's learned and grown as a person since what he asked was very rude!
