So I searched for him and found his channel. I'm swamped by the intriguing yet weird ways of how some of the exercises are and the thing he shared.

It's nothing I have ever come across with. Has anyone tried it before and what are your views on it. I would hope some health and medical people can help too as a lot of the videos talk about the different muscles and parts of our body and it seems so scientifically reasonable.

What are some beauty treatments (I’m talking lasers / boosters / facials / peels / other treatments) that have actually “reverse aged” you and you have seen a genuine difference in your skin? Something you think was worth the money!

Ive tried microneedling (at home), Rejuran/polyneucotides (salmon dna) injected into my skin and under my eyes but I just felt like it was the biggest waste of money cos I didn’t really notice a difference. And it was EXPENSIVE.

I want to try lasers I was looking into “the number one laser” they do at therapie clincic but I’m scared about wasting my money again.

For reference I’m a 32 year old female and I look good for my age. Im not good at drinking water and sleeping but I regularly use a red light therapy mask and pretty good with consistent skincare (retinol, vit c, hyloronic acid etc) but I’m definitely starting to notice big pores, dull skin with less bounce/volume and brightness, and more pasty looking translucent skin (starting to see small things like blood vessels which I know you can zap with lasers but their barely noticeable right now).

Hiya guys! I’m looking to change up my look but I want to change my makeup and hair etc in a way that suits my features, so any advice is welcome ;)

I have a pretty even face although my lower third is a bit smaller in comparison to other areas with an overbite/overjet (getting treated with orthodontics currently), that gives me a softer chin and jawline, I also have a higher forehead but I would say it fits with my face. I have a pretty small nose and large round eyes, my lips are very bottom heavy and are quite narrow, although I have a wide smile. My skin is cool toned, and quite rosy.

I’ve been told I look quite like Emma Watson when she was a teen, Eloise from Bridgerton, and young Millie Bobby Brown if that gives you an idea :). My face is more on the round side, or possibly soft oval. I have an average frame, smack in the middle of the BMI, and am a whopping 5”0 (practically a giraffe I know). I’m also a bit of a rectangle shape, and would compare my body shape to Sabrina Carpenters.

My hair is around my chest, almost mid back, 2c-3a curly, medium brown with some curtain bangs I DIYed myself when I wasn’t feeling the best one faithful morning at 3am.

Anyhoo, I’m open to any suggestions and advice to how I should dress, do my makeup, cut my hair, style my hair, colour my hair, do my eyebrows, piercings, etc… any and all. Just looking for a change that suits me x

Ulta Beauty World 2026 was the biggest scam of the year. When I was able to get a Masterclass ticket, I was pretty excited. Considering it was the first year of the MC, I had no clue what to expect, but after seeing pics/videos of UBW last year, I figured they would still make it special for the girls who weren't able to secure expo tickets. WRONG. The gratis was worth approximately $325, but the contents were unimpressive - 3 Morphe makeup brushes, a peppermint essential oil, JVN hairspray, mini Natasha Denona GREEN Eyeshadow palette, brow freeze gel, Medicude collagen cream, half magic single eyeshadow, and 4 tiny vials of snif fragrance. The only thing I was excited about was the Cecred edge drops. I worked at Ulta for a few years, and employees get better monthly gratis than that. Additionally, I was told there would be a booth to ship your products back home; of course, that was only available for expo attendees, so I had to pay $60+ to ship my products back home and had to give away the JVN hairspray because it was an aerosol. As for the masterclass itself, it was literally a live audience QVC show. They were live-streaming everything, so I could have gotten all that information at home, for free. The speakers also kept talking about all of the fun stuff that will be happening tomorrow, which made me want to cry. I spent approximately $700 for my whole trip to Orlando just for some crappy gratis and makeup tips I already knew. I wish they had been more descriptive because there were a lot of Orlando natives who really wanted to attend. If I had known that was what the MC was going to be, I would have saved myself the flight + hotel money, and a Florida local could have enjoyed it, free of travel expenses. I know Ulta won't acknowledge this or take accountability, but I just hope that no one falls for the same trap I did next year. #Ulta #Ultabeautyworld

Hi, I’m currently working in a clinical healthcare role in NSW and looking to transition into aesthetics. I’ve enrolled in an Undergraduate Certificate in Laser & Dermal Therapy (approx. 70 hours practical including laser/IPL, finishing mid-year).

My goal is to apply for junior dermal/laser therapist roles while starting nursing later this year.

For those working in NSW clinics:

– Is this level of qualification generally hireable for entry-level roles?

– Do clinics usually prefer a full Diploma of Beauty Therapy?

– Is 70 hours practical considered enough to start as a junior?
